Loot Lagoon — Support

Spin the reels, raise an island, raid your rivals.

Need help? Email guymuslave@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you. Loot Lagoon is made by one person, so please allow a couple of days for a reply.

It helps enormously if you include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

My progress disappeared

Loot Lagoon saves your island on your device, not on a server. That means progress does not follow you to a new phone, and deleting the app deletes the save with it. There is no way for me to restore an island that was lost this way, because no copy of it ever reached me. Cloud saves are on the list.

I paid and did not get my coins or spins

The game keeps a private record of every purchase Apple has confirmed, and re-checks it each time you launch. If a purchase was interrupted — the app closed mid-payment, or the network dropped — reopening the game is usually enough to deliver it.

If it still has not arrived after a relaunch, email me with the date and the pack you bought and I will look into it.

I want a refund

All purchases go through the store you installed the game from, and only that store can refund them — I never see your payment details and cannot issue one myself. On the App Store, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Settings on your device. On Google Play, request one from your order history. The store decides each request.

How do free spins work?

You get 3 spins back every 2 minutes, up to a maximum of 50. Spins earned from rewards, quests and packs are added on top and are not limited by that cap.

What are the chances of getting a particular card?

Every chest shows its complete odds table inside the purchase screen, above the pay button, before you are charged. Nothing is hidden behind a tap.

Turning notifications off

In the game: Options → Notifications. Or system-wide in iOS Settings under Notifications → Loot Lagoon.

Deleting your data

Options → Delete Account erases your island, your cards and all local copies of the save immediately. Deleting the app does the same thing. Neither can be undone.

Is this real gambling?

No. Loot Lagoon is a game with a slot machine in it. Coins and spins are play money: they cannot be bought back out, cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for anything of real value. Nothing you win has worth outside the app. The game is rated 17+ and is not intended for children.
